Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

All bookings at Flawless Beauty, including online bookings, are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion. Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable.

A deposit of 25% (Monday-Thursday) and 50% (Friday-Saturday) must be paid in advance, for any treatments booked. For online bookings, clients will be called to make deposit payment ahead of the appointment date.

Cancellation Policy

With all booking cancellations, Flawless Beauty must be notified 24 hours in advance of the booking date and time. Any payments made for treatments in advance, including deposit payments, are strictly non-refundable where bookings are cancelled outside of the allowed timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.

“No Shows” will be charged the full amount and required to pay full amount up front for any future appointments.
